About Health Justice Trust (HJT)

The Health Justice Trust (HJT) is a decentralized health fund operating via a smart contract on the BNB blockchain. The fund will be registered in an offshore jurisdiction but will provide services primarily to U.S. residents.

Token: The fund will operate using a native token called HJT, which will be used for all transactions including membership fees and internal transfers.

Membership & Benefits:
– U.S. residents can join the fund by purchasing the HJT token.
– Members will pay $500/month in HJT tokens.
– Each member will be insured for up to $50,000 per year.
– Membership details will be uploaded as NFTs, representing the individual’s registration and coverage record.

Smart Contract Functionality:
– The admin (contract owner) receives a 2% fee on all token transactions.
– Doctors registered as sub-admins must approve treatments.
– All actions (membership, approvals, claims) are recorded on-chain.
– Admin cannot withdraw funds from the contract, except for pre-defined salaries paid directly to employee wallet addresses.

Donations: If a member exceeds their $50,000 coverage, they can raise additional funds via a built-in donation platform.

Pilot Phase & Growth: Launching with 500 members in the first 1–2 years, the fund aims to reach 100,000 members within 5 years.

Long-Term Vision: After 7 years, if the smart contract treasury has sufficient funds, the organization will begin building its own healthcare centers.

Funding: The project seeks to raise $8 million annually through the sale of HJT tokens.
